Methods Of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover (at this time we do not accept American Express), Company Check (we do not accept personal checks), open account (Net 30 terms with completed, signed and approved credit application) and cash.
Lead Times
Lead times will vary dependant upon request of product. We maintain a limited local inventory with the ability to customize our stock to meet our customer's exact needs. This allows us to keep our overhead low and pass on the lowest cost of goods to our customers. We purchase direct from manufactures and manufactures reps. Typical lead times run 3-5 days. Shipping charges will apply when applicable.
Returns
We will accept returns provided you contact us within 30 days of the purchase and obtain an RGA (return goods authorization) from our customer service department. There will be a 25% restock fee for all returned product unless otherwise specified. Custom products or special orders are non returnable and will be advised prior to submitting order.
Misc. Fees
We do not charge any fees for any of our services such as product sourcing or material management. We also do not charge any handling or delivery fees. The shipping charges are passed along as we are charged for them at the exact rate we are charged. There is a $50.00 returned check fee on all checks returned to us from the bank for NSF.
Your Account Information
We handle all information that you provide as confidential information. We never sell or give out any data that you provide. Information that you provide is only used by us to identify you as a customer of LHM Industrial Supplies, LLC and for making your experience with LHM Industrial Supplies, LLC better.
Credit Application Information
If you would like to apply for an account with LHM Industrial Supplies, LLC, please contact us to obtain a copy of our credit application Fax completed application to the Accounts Receivable department for consideration at 1-888-897-0238 or e-mail it to lhm.sales@gmail.com
If your company is tax exempt we are required to maintain a signed and completed copy of your Florida Tax Exemption Certificate on file so please include a completed and signed copy of your Florida Tax Exemption Certificate with your initial order.
